Take our stress test

Try this simple stress test – it will take less than five minutes to complete.

By answering a series of questions about your thoughts and feelings during the last month, you will be able to find out where you are on our adapted Perceived Stress Scale (a tool used for helping us understand how different situations affect our feelings and our perceived stress).
