Take our mindfulness test

Try this simple mindfulness test – it will take less than five minutes to complete.

By answering a series of questions about your thoughts and feelings during the last month, you will be able to find out where you are on our adapted Freiburg Mindfulness Inventory (FMI). The FMI is a useful, valid and reliable questionnaire for measuring mindfulness.

Please answer as honestly and spontaneously as possible. There are neither ‘right’ nor ‘wrong’ answers, nor ‘good’ or ‘bad’ responses. What is important to us is your own personal experience. Please answer every statement as best you can, choosing the answer which seems most appropriate.
